Returns & Exchanges

Due to the clinical active percentages and strict hygiene standards of liquid cosmetics, we operate under a precise, fair-trade refund framework.

Unopened & Sealed Bottles Only

We offer full refunds or product exchanges strictly for unopened bottles with their **hygiene seal completely intact and unbroken**.

To request a standard exchange, please reach out to us within **14 days** of package receipt. Once a bottle has been unsealed, it is no longer returnable under regional health authority beauty codes.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or a package damaged during local transit, we will immediately arrange a priority replacement shipment at zero extra cost to you.

**Reporting Window:** All incorrect or damaged shipments must be officially reported to our Support Squad within **7 days of delivery receipt** to organize returns.

How to Initiate Your Request

1. Email Us

Send an email to support@palette-skin.com with your Order ID, email address, and clear photo attachments of the unsealed box or transit damage.

2. Review Window

Our Quality Squad reviews all requests within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide a pre-paid courier return slip for your local package return.

3. Refund Disbursal

Once the return arrives and the hygiene seal is verified intact, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
